Castle Rock Quilt Club donates 5 quilts!

Almost Home wanted to give a BIG Thank You to the ladies of Castle Rock Quilt Club for their incredibly generous donation. Judith Stewart of the club donated a beautifully made full twin size quilt, and others donated absolutely lovely charity quilts. Of the five quilts donated, three were auctioned off at our Spring Out of Homelessness event, raising hundreds of dollars. The other two were placed at our emergency shelter. The gift of quilt can be an incredible reminder to those struggling through tough times that there are people who will spend hours hand making something just for them - a quilt can provide comfort, peace of mind, and warmth.
