We are excited to announce the creation of a new program to provide temporary emergency shelter for individuals and families.
The Adams County Severe Weather Activation Plan (SWAP) is a severe weather response pilot program in collaboration with Adams County Government, ACCESS Housing, Almost Home, and Cold Weather Care. As a pilot, the program will administer hotel/motel stays when the weather poses a threat to the well-being and/or lives of people sleeping or living outdoors during the winter months (now till April 30, 2020).

To win at slope, you need lightning reflexes. Your reflexes and focus will be put to the test as you careen down the slope, dodging obstacles that come up along the way.
Thank you for this program. Words can't honestly describe how much this is a relief. And blessing and give me hope. Into the feature. ! 😊
