Almost Home Executive Director Celebrates 1-Year Work Anniversary

Join us in wishing our Executive Director, Ashley Dunn a happy 1-year work anniversary.

"A work anniversary is a great time to reflect on why you do the work you do. On September 9, 2020 I celebrated one year as Almost Home’s Executive Director and I took the time to really reflect. I continue to believe that everyone deserves the dignity of having a home and that to truly address systemic challenges that lead to housing instability, you have to have stable housing. It is so challenging to address anything in life if you don’t have a safe place to lay your head at night and that is exactly why I chose to come to Almost Home, we keep people in their homes and prevent homelessness to hundreds of households each year. I believe that our mission is so important to help families and individuals develop the skills and obtain the resources to achieve and maintain housing stability. As excited as I am to be in this role, I am more excited about the work that our direct line staff do each day. They are the ones really making the difference and I am so thankful that I get to work with alongside them. We have such an amazing team at Almost Home and it just keeps getting better! I am looking forward to the next year and many more to come." Ashley Dunn
