Almost Home Set to Open First Housing Navigation Center in Adams County

With Almost Home's move to an expanded office space, we are excited to announce that we will be opening the first Housing Navigation Center in Adams County. The Almost Home Housing Navigation Center will provide low-barrier access to on-site case management, supportive services, connection to services, and a permanent housing pathway through coordinated entry assessment. Housing Navigation Centers are a critical resource to end and prevent homelessness in Adams and Southern Weld Counties.
