Comminty Outreach

Last week, the Almost Home staff visited Willowbrook Park in Westminster after learning from the City of Westminster outreach team that there were some unhoused community members sheltering there and asked if we could reach out and see how we could lend a hand. Our outreach team were able to provide them with hygiene kits and non-perishable food as well as community resources.
