Community Resources at Almost Home!

The Adams County Health Department will be at Almost Home offering primary vaccines and boosters for adult and children, next Wednesday May 24th from 9am-12:30pm. No ID or insurance is required. Walk-ins welcome.

We will also have Adams County co-locating at Almost Home from 9am-1pm to help you apply for food, cash, and medical assistance, complete redetermination paperwork, report a change and more! Walk-Ins are welcome, no appointment needed.
