G.O.A.T Program Launched to Recognize Outstanding Staff

At Almost Home we recently implemented a peer and supervisor nominated recognition program called The Month of the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time).

Nominations are collected throughout the previous month and on the first week of each month a winner with either the most amazing G.O.A.T. story for the month or the staff member with the most nominations is selected to receive the G.O.A.T award.

This includes the opportunity to proudly display the little goat trophy on your desk for the entire month.

With that said, please join us in congratulating our Bilingual Intake Assistant, Sylvia Alvarado. She has done an outstanding job of getting through all the requests for assistance that we receive each month and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently in our sometimes chaotic office.

Congrats Sylvia, you truly are the G.O.A.T!!
