Our Street Outreach Program meets people where they are — out in the community — to build trust, provide resources, and offer compassionate support to those experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Through regular engagement and dedicated case management, our outreach team connects individuals with safe shelter, stable housing, healthcare, and other essential services.
