This year Almost Home is collaborating with the St. Augustine Community Food Pantry and the Knights of Columbus Council 3285 to provide Thanksgiving Meal Boxes to families in need in our communities.

You can help by by collecting the items needed and drop them off at the Columbian Home Event Center on November 10 & 11, 2022 from 9am-2pm. You can also give a donation of $25.00, which will help cover the cost of one complete meal box, or donate $15 King Soopers gift cards; one card is provided with each box to purchase a turkey. 
 

Registration to receive a Thanksgiving food box will begin IN PERSON on October 24th at Almost Home in our Navigation Center during walk-in hours. To register, you will need to bring photo ID and proof of residency in Adams or Southern Weld County.
