Fun Facts Friday

Our Street Outreach team is getting out there and making connections! Our street outreach case managers work with people in the community who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Offering anything from hygiene items and a friendly hello, to case management to work through barriers to housing, to getting getting re-housed. Keep up the great work Street Outreach team!
