Almost Home has a Housing Navigation Center? Our Housing Navigation Center provides assistance to walk-in participants experiencing housing instability with on-site resource navigation, referrals to our programs and partner organizations, and resources including access to computers, printing, mail services, food and hygiene kits.

Our Housing Navigation Center also hosts many different community resources throughout each month. Adams County Benefit assistance, DMV2GO, Dental Days, Veterans Community Project, and Free Covid-19 vaccines are just an example of some of the amazing resources you can access right here at Almost Home!
